The breeder Gerry Snapp bred his lovely bitch Arrowrock Bittersweet LL Gal, JH, NRD, NA 1 112 "Harli"  to  FC/AFC/ 2x NAFC Aztec's American Pie, SH, SDX, "Chevy".  A very promising HWA approved litter!

We're about to go live!  We are a group of committed die hard hunters that live to hunt with our weimaraners.  After many hours of discussion it became painfully obvious that hunters have a hard time finding breeders committed to breeding hunting weimaraners.  So after discussing this problem over and over a group of us banded together to create The Hunting Weim Alliance".  Our motto is, "We have weims because we hunt", NOT "We hunt because we have weims!"

Included in the alliance are committed breeders of hunting weimaraners as well as some gifted writers and members who have strong ideas about what they want in their hunting dogs.  These hunters and members choose to hunt with gray dogs and believe the damage that has been done can be turned around by the dedication of this group.  We believe that it's not just bird work it's also a strong hunting style in a weim that may not have bird contact  in 20 or 30 minutes on wild birds but will continue to hunt and hunt hard.  While we believe that all weims that are bred should be proven we are not all about tests and trials.  We all live for hunting, it's our life's passion!
